This is so important.

We have to stop seeing ourselves as sinners or people with a propensity to sin instead of the “HOLY ONES” we truly are.

What? HOLY you say?

Yes, you are a “holy one.” That is what Paul calls the people of God over and over. You don’t become holy when you get to heaven, you become a “holy one” when you choose Christ for yourself.

We are righteous or “Holy” because Jesus made us righteous and holy. He put a new spirit within us. He gave us life and forgives all our sins, past, present and future. He makes us holy. We say this in our Eucharistic prayer at Mass.

Eucharistic Prayer B‬

“In him, you have delivered us from evil, and made us worthy to stand before you. In him, you have brought us out of error into truth, out of sin into righteousness, out of death into life.”

We can stand before God because Jesus makes us worthy. We will never be worthy without Jesus.

Imagine if you believed you were made holy; truly believed that what Jesus did for you was real. Imagine if you believed and saw yourself as forgiven and righteous instead of always guilty and shameful. Jesus forgives you so you can rise up and walk and live and be fruitful. He doesn’t heal and forgive so you can walk around miserable.

Spiritual life, Eternal life, begins right now.

You need to know just how special and wonderful you are. You are more than you think you are; more than you feel you are. Thinking and feeling are carnal, physical or of the flesh, but the spirit is who you really are. You were created In Christ a spirit being.

The spirit realm is more real than the physical realm, after all the spirit realm created the physical realm.

We are not called to get it right, figure it out, and succeed. We will not succeed tomorrow even if we succeed today without HIM. He calls us not to do, but to be. He calls us into a daily walk and relationship.

I can get it right a hundred times and if I go three days without him I am right where I started. It’s not about getting it right, it’s about getting HIM!!!!!

St. Paul calls us “HOLY ONES” many times…

Acts 9:13
But Ananias replied, “Lord, I have heard from many sources about this man, what evil things he has done to your holy ones in Jerusalem.

So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God,

The Bible says….

He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, Titus 3:5

He came to give us himself…….

Your Thoughts are Killing You!

"Take Control of Your Mind and Close the Door to those Negative, Depressing, Fearful, Worrisome Thoughts Forever."

Do you struggle with thoughts of shame or guilt, feeling burdened, lost, and overwhelmed? Maybe you believe you are stuck in a pit and can’t get out, and even worse you believe you deserve to be there.

I understand, because I was once there too! I wrote my book “Your Thoughts are Killing You” in order to share this message—God wants the best for you, and He has the means to get you there!
