Our Mission
“I was in prison and you visited me” (Matthew 25:36). Where 2 Or More Gather Ministries answers this call by serving incarcerated men and women who are often forgotten by society. We believe that every person — regardless of their past — deserves to know God's love and experience His healing power.
Our prison ministry began over 10 years ago and has grown to serve facilities across Texas and surrounding states. Through relationship, prayer, pen pal correspondence, and free book distribution, we bring hope to those who need it most. Many of these men and women have experienced trauma, addiction, and brokenness — and through the power of God's Word, they are finding healing and transformation.
How We Help
Relationship & Prayer
We build genuine relationships with incarcerated men and women through prayer, encouragement, and consistent presence. For many, this is their only connection to faith and community.
Pen Pal Correspondence
Through our pen pal ministry, we maintain ongoing written relationships with inmates, offering encouragement, Scripture, and a connection to the outside world.
Book & Material Distribution
We distribute books by Marybeth Wuenschel and other Christian authors to inmates free of charge. These books provide hope, healing, and a foundation for spiritual growth during and after incarceration.
Reentry Support
We help men and women being released with transitional assistance including hotels, bus tickets, and connections to community resources to help them rebuild their lives with a strong spiritual foundation.
