Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spirit Filled Catholic. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition — unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging, if applicable
• Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

1. 1Contact us through our contact page with your order details and reason for the return.
2. 2We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. 3Ship the item back to us at the provided address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact page with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital downloads (PDFs, eBooks)
• Donations made to Where 2 Or More Gather Ministries
• Event registration fees (handled on a case-by-case basis)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
